Rachel Mastarone is an associate attorney at Pearson Wollenweber Freeman, LLC, where her practice focuses heavily on litigation matters. Rachel joined PWF Legal in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a general practice law firm, where her particular focus emphasized various aspects of housing, such as landlord tenant law, HOA disputes, construction defect, and insurance disputes. AT PWF Legal, Rachel applies her wealth of housing law to the firm’s complex community association litigation matters, insurance recovery and construction defect cases, and general counsel representation of community associations, management companies and housing authorities.
Rachel is a vital part of the firm’s team that develops cutting-edge trial techniques, critical to client success based on the way in which trial presentation is evolving with technology and societal changes. Rachel thrives on utilizing her litigation experience to provide uncommon solutions to clients’ problems before they progress into litigation. Helping clients avoid or resolve conflict is not a job to her, it’s a calling.
Rachel received her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law and her B.S. in Policy Analysis from Indiana University. Rachel is an Indiana native and grew up in a rural community of only 1,200 people. In her spare time, Rachel loves hiking, skiing, walking her dog, Ziggy, and reading thrillers.
