Mr. Morton joined Pearson Legal in 2021. He has been licensed in Texas since 2016 and has extensive experience litigating insurance disputes and catastrophic personal injury claims. Jarryd grew up in Indiana, obtaining his B.A. in Political Science from Wabash College in 2010 and law degree, magna cum laude, from Valparaiso University in 2016. Mr. Morton called Texas home for 9 years until he and his wife (originally from Iowa) and four children moved back to the Midwest from San Antonio to Omaha.

Mr. Morton is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, in the Western, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas for the United States District Court, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. He is an active member of several bar associations and served as a board member on the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association from 2020-2025. In his spare time, Mr. Morton enjoys spending time with his wife and family, exploring parks, hiking, running, and cycling.
