Lisa S. Greenberg is an Associate at Pearson Legal, P.C. Lisa’s litigation practice focuses on insurance recovery and construction defect matters. Lisa has extensive experience in these areas, and has handled complex construction and real estate litigation of all shapes and sizes, including, construction defect matters for residential and commercial owners and school districts, mechanic’s lien filing and litigation, mold remediation disputes, other types of business and housing litigation.
Lisa’s practice includes state and federal litigation, appeals, and mediation and arbitration matters. She handles all aspects of her clients’ cases, taking them from inception through trial. Lisa thrives on helping clients determine and pursue their goals within the legal system and she works tirelessly to get clients the outcome they desire. Her analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail aid her in navigating her clients’ issues to a successful resolution, and her breadth of experience has taught her to think outside-the-box and explore novel solutions that allow her to best attain her clients’ goals.
Lisa is originally from Boston, MA, and moved to Colorado in 2013. An avid equestrian, Lisa has been horseback riding since she was 8 years old and when she is not working she enjoys spending time with her horse, Myka. As a Coloradan, Lisa also loves hiking, fishing, camping, and spending time with her friends and family.
